The challenge
The client ran production planning across spreadsheets and a legacy desktop module. BOM revisions were slow, procurement lagged shop-floor demand, and WIP accumulated between cutting and finishing.
Our solution
We deployed iMake with integrated BOM management, MRP-driven procurement, and mobile shop-floor reporting. Master data was migrated in phased waves with parallel run for two production lines.
