The challenge
Field reps captured orders on paper and WhatsApp. Credit limits were enforced inconsistently, and leadership lacked live visibility into van stock and route productivity.
Our solution
We implemented iForce with offline-capable mobile order capture, van inventory sync, and credit-control rules tied to ERP billing. A staged rollout covered two regions per month with local champion training.
Results
Outlet coverage increased 41%. Order-to-delivery cycle shortened 36%. DSO improved by 12 days through tighter credit enforcement and daily route analytics.
